| Goombas

Goombas are one of the main types of enemies encountered in nearly all Mario games and, as such is the case, they appear frequently throughout Super Mario Odyssey. They are small brown creatures resembling mushrooms with legs, and their faces consist of a mouth, eyes, and eyebrows. They are incredibly weak and can be defeated simply by jumping on top of them.
